Job Summary

As a BOXABL Content Creator, you will live on the front lines of social media, the face of BOXABL, turning our factory floor, model homes, and real-world deployments into engaging, short-form videos.  You don't need millions of followers on your personal channels, but you will need a finger on the pulse of internet culture, and the ability to make high-tech manufacturing feel fun, accessible, and viral.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Produce High-Performing Short-Form Video: Regularly create videos optimized for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
• On-Camera Talent & Voice: Act as an enthusiastic, relatable on-camera host delivering product walkthroughs, factory tours, unboxings, and reaction videos.
• Trending: Stay ahead of fast-moving social media trends, audios, and formats, rapidly adapting them to fit the BOXABL brand.
• Collaborative: Work closely with team members at our Las Vegas headquarters to identify exciting new product features, updates, and milestone moments to highlight.
• Test and Iterate: Analyze performance metrics to understand what resonates best with audiences.

Experience and Education

• 1-3 years of experience in content creation, social media management, with a portfolio of engaging short form videos
• Demonstrated portfolio of video, photography, and digital content creation.
• Experience with social media platforms such as TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube shorts
• Experience with video editing software such as Adobe Premiere or CapCut preferred
• Working knowledge of graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop or Canva preferred
• Experience with photography and video equipment, lighting, audio recording, and production techniques.
• Experience creating content for major social media platforms and understanding their respective formats and audiences.
• Strong writing, storytelling, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage projects from initial concept through final production and delivery.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with analytics tools and measuring digital content performance preferred.
• Experience with construction, manufacturing, real estate, architecture, technology, or consumer product brands is a plus.

• Proven Experience: Demonstrated portfolio of short-form video content (TikTok, Reels, Shorts) that showcases your editing, framing, and storytelling skills.
• Camera Comfort: Natural, charismatic, and authentic on-camera presence with zero hesitation talking to an audience.
