About the Role

We are seeking a creative, proactive, and results-driven Content Creator to join our team in Lagos.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating high-quality video content that strengthens our brand presence, communicates our value effectively, and supports our marketing and business growth objectives.

This is more than a filming and editing role. We are looking for someone who can think creatively, identify content opportunities, develop ideas, shoot, edit, and contribute meaningfully to the growth of the brand.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop creative and engaging content ideas aligned with the brand's objectives and target audience.
• Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality video content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
• Translate business objectives and property offerings into compelling visual stories.
• Stay updated with relevant social media trends, formats, and content styles and identify opportunities to adapt them to the brand.
• Participate in content planning, scripting, filming, and post-production.
• Take initiative in identifying new content opportunities without requiring constant supervision.
• Create content that positions the brand as knowledgeable, credible, modern, and trustworthy within the real estate industry.
• Travel to different locations for property shoots, events, meetings, and other content-related activities when required.
• Organise and maintain raw footage and other digital content assets.
• Work closely with the management team to understand campaign objectives and deliver content accordingly.
• Monitor content performance and contribute ideas for improving reach, engagement, and overall brand visibility.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Content Creator, Videographer, Social Media Content Specialist, or in a similar role.
• Strong ability to shoot and edit short-form video content.
• Good understanding of social media content trends and storytelling.
• Ability to independently generate fresh and relevant content ideas.
• Proficiency with video editing applications such as CapCut, tools.
• Must have an iPhone capable of producing high-quality video content.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and a good eye for aesthetics.
• Must be proactive, resourceful, and comfortable working independently.
• Must be willing and able to travel within Lagos and occasionally outside Lagos for work-related content.
• Candidates who live within or around Ketu/Ikosi and nearby areas are strongly preferred, as proximity is important for this role.

What We Are Looking For

We are looking for someone who doesn't simply wait to be told what to do.

You should be the kind of person who can walk into a location and say, "There is content here," develop the concept, suggest how it should be filmed, execute it, edit it, and deliver a finished piece.

Creativity, initiative, reliability, professionalism, and a genuine interest in helping a brand grow are essential.

Candidates who live within reasonable commuting distance are preferred.
