About the Role

On behalf of our client, a fast-growing e-commerce beauty brand specializing in stylish, premium press-on nails, we are searching for a dedicated Content Creator to elevate their online presence. If you are obsessed with aesthetics, beauty trends, and creating scroll-stopping content, this is your chance to take creative ownership and be the face and hands of an innovative brand on TikTok and Instagram.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Content Creation: Film, edit, and star in highly engaging UGC-style videos, product demos, and tutorials 1-2 times per week, perfectly optimized for the TikTok and IG Reels algorithms.
• Hand Modeling: Act as the primary hand model for our client's products, showcasing their press-on nails in a chic, aspirational, and highly aesthetic way.
• Creative Strategy: Lead team brainstorming sessions, manage production schedules, and develop outside-the-box content ideas that align with current beauty trends.
• Community & PR Management: Nurture the online community and respond to PR and influencer inquiries using platforms like Upfluence.
• Brand Guardianship: Ensure every piece of published content reflects their high-quality aesthetic and core brand messaging.

• Proven Experience: You have a strong portfolio demonstrating your ability to create high-performing content for e-commerce, beauty, or lifestyle brands.
• The Perfect Canvas: Because this role heavily involves modeling press-on nails, you must have naturally well-groomed, camera-ready hands and a chic personal presentation.
• Camera Confidence: You are highly comfortable, articulate, and natural in front of the lens.
• Trend Savvy: You live and breathe social media and understand the nuances of what drives engagement, saves, and shares.
• Reliable & Organized: You are a proactive self-starter who thrives in a collaborative environment but can confidently manage your own content calendar.
• Local to Cebu: You are currently residing in Cebu and can comfortably commute to the Basak-Sudtunggan office every workday.
