Overview

The Content Creator is a hands-on creative focused primarily on video editing and content creation for social media platforms, supporting the Senior Content Creator and the agency’s internal production team.

What You'll Do

• Edit and adapt video content specifically for social media and digital platforms, including multiple formats, durations, and aspect ratios.
• Work proficiently with Adobe Creative Suite, with strong skills in Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Photoshop.
• Assist with video and photography production in the studio and on location.
• Support basic web design and digital content implementation as needed.
• Perform photo editing, retouching, and image preparation for digital, print and social use.
• Support the Senior Content Creator with post-production, content development, asset management, and final deliverables.
• Create motion graphics, animations, titles, and other graphic elements for video content.
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced agency environment.
• Stay current with social media content trends, formats, editing styles, and emerging AI creative tools.

What you'll Bring

Required

• 1–3 years of relevant professional experience.
• Strong knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Photoshop.
• Strong video editing skills, particularly for social media content.
• Photo editing and retouching skills.
• Knowledge of web design.

Additional Skills

• Experience with video and photography production, including on-location shoots.
• Understanding of cameras, lighting, and basic production equipment.
• Audio recording, editing, or sound production experience.

Nice to Have

• Experience creating content with AI platforms such as Krea or Eleven labs.
• Bilingual English/Spanish.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
