About the role

Key Responsibilities:

1. Brand & Product Internalization

• Deeply understand brand identity, tone of voice, and product science (nutrition, ingredients, functional benefits).
• Translate technical product information into clear, persuasive, and consumer-friendly content.
• Ensure all content is accurate, credible, and aligned with brand positioning.

1. Consumer Insight & Creative Ideation

• Research pet food consumer behaviors, pain points, and emotional triggers.
• Develop distinctive content angles that resonate with pet parents’ lifestyles and real concerns.
• Proactively propose creative themes, storylines, and messaging directions.

1. Trend Awareness & Content Sensitivity

• Stay highly sensitive to social media trends, formats, visual styles, and viral hooks, especially within the pet community.
• Adapt trending formats into brand-safe, brand-relevant content rather than copying trends mechanically.
• Understand when to follow trends — and when to avoid them to protect brand credibility.

1. Multi-Channel Content Creation

• Social Media:

  • Write high-engagement scripts for short-form videos (TikTok, Reels), with strong hooks and storytelling flow.

• Marketing & Product Materials:

  • Develop copy for campaign assets, product posters, sales brochures, and product manuals.

• Ensure consistency of messaging across channels while adapting tone and format appropriately.

1. Execution Excellence & Content Ownership

• Own content execution from ideation to final delivery, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
• Maintain strict quality control across all outputs, including proofreading and final checks for printed or published materials.
• Collaborate closely with Media, Design, and Brand teams to ensure smooth execution.

Handle other tasks related to creative content as assigned by the company.
