About the Role

ARRO is looking for a Content Creator with a strong visual eye and an editorial approach to storytelling. You will be responsible for developing and producing content that reflects the visual identity, lifestyle, and direction of ARRO’s brands and ventures.

This role goes beyond creating individual social media posts. You will help shape content concepts, develop moodboards, plan shoots, and translate creative direction into consistent visual stories across photo, video, and social formats.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and produce photo and video content for ARRO’s brands and ventures.
• Create moodboards, visual references, shot lists, and styling notes for content production.
• Plan content across monthly calendars, campaigns, and broader brand narratives.
• Translate creative direction into cohesive and engaging visual content.
• Shoot and produce publish-ready photo and video content.
• Perform basic photo and video editing when required.
• Maintain a consistent visual style across content and platforms.
• Collaborate with the Brand Operations Lead and creative team during concept development and production.
• Proactively contribute new creative ideas and identify opportunities to improve content quality.
• Manage content production timelines and ensure deliverables are completed on schedule.

Requirements

• Degree in Visual Communications, Media, Fine Arts, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience demonstrated through a strong content portfolio.
• Minimum 2 years of experience creating content for lifestyle, fashion, wellness, hospitality, or similar brands.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating a consistent visual aesthetic across multiple pieces of work.
• Strong understanding of composition, lighting, texture, styling, and visual storytelling.
• Experience developing moodboards and translating them into actual shoots and content plans.
• Experience planning content through calendars, campaigns, or broader creative narratives.
• Comfortable with photography, videography, and basic editing.
• Familiarity with relevant content creation and editing tools.

We are looking for portfolios that demonstrate:

• A consistent visual aesthetic across multiple pieces of work.
• Clear evidence of moodboard, concept development, or pre-production thinking.
• Content that feels editorial and intentional, rather than purely promotional.
• Strong composition, styling, lighting, and visual storytelling.

Portfolios consisting primarily of unstyled phone snapshots, filter-heavy content, generic influencer-style posts, or disconnected individual pieces without a clear visual direction may not be considered.
