About the Role

We are looking for a creative and energetic Content Creator to develop engaging content for our social media and digital platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong storytelling skills, understand social media trends, and be comfortable with content ideation, shooting, and basic video editing.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop creative content ideas for Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
• Create engaging Reels, Shorts, videos, carousels, stories, and posts.
• Write scripts, captions, hooks, and promotional content.
• Participate in and coordinate video/content shoots at office and project sites.
• Shoot videos and photos using smartphones/cameras.
• Edit short-form videos, including transitions, subtitles, music, effects, and basic colour correction.
• Research trending content formats, topics, sounds, and hashtags.
• Develop and maintain a content calendar and posting schedule.
• Repurpose existing content into multiple formats for different platforms.
• Collaborate with the Marketing, Design, Sales, Architecture, and Project teams.
• Monitor content performance and suggest improvements based on engagement and reach.
• Ensure all content aligns with the company's brand identity and communication standards.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in Content Creation, Social Media, Digital Marketing, or a related role.
• Strong communication, storytelling, and creative writing skills.
• Good understanding of Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and social media trends.
• Basic knowledge of video shooting and editing.
• Comfortable appearing on camera is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple content requirements.
• Willingness to travel to project sites for content shoots.

Tools / Skills

• Canva
• CapCut / Adobe Premiere Pro
• Photoshop – added advantage
• Basic photography and videography
• Social media analytics
• Scriptwriting and copywriting

Preferred

• Experience in real estate, architecture, interiors, construction content.
• Strong portfolio of Reels, videos, or social media content.
• Knowledge of AI content creation tools is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
