Content Creator

We are looking for a creative and trend-savvy Content Creator to build and strengthen our women’s wear brand presence across social media and digital platforms.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for the complete content creation process — from developing ideas and writing scripts to shooting, editing, publishing, and analysing performance. You will play a key role in creating engaging fashion content that increases brand awareness, builds a strong online community, and ultimately drives online sales and customer conversions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop creative and engaging content ideas for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, and other relevant platforms.
• Create Reels, short-form videos, product videos, styling videos, photos, stories, and promotional content.
• Write creative scripts, hooks, captions, CTAs, and content concepts.
• Plan and execute regular content shoots featuring products, models, influencers, and the brand team.
• Handle video shooting and editing to create polished, engaging, platform-friendly content.
• Create content around:
• New launches and collections
• Product features and benefits
• Styling tips and outfit ideas
• Fashion trends
• Behind-the-scenes content
• Customer testimonials/reviews
• Offers and promotional campaigns
• Festive and seasonal campaigns
• Educational and entertaining fashion content
• Stay updated with Instagram/Reels trends, trending sounds, formats, hooks, and fashion trends.
• Develop a consistent visual and communication style for the brand.
• Prepare and maintain a weekly/monthly content calendar.
• Collaborate with photographers, models, influencers, designers, and the marketing/e-commerce team when required.
• Write compelling captions and calls-to-action designed to encourage website visits, enquiries, and purchases.
• Publish and schedule content across social media platforms.
• Monitor content performance, including views, engagement, reach, website traffic, leads, and conversions.
• Analyse what content performs best and continuously improve the content strategy.
• Support influencer collaborations and create content for paid social media campaigns when required.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
