Job Summary

We are seeking a highly creative, innovative, and results-driven Content Creator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing compelling digital content that enhances our brand visibility, engages our target audience, and supports the company's marketing and sales objectives across multiple digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute creative content strategies for all digital platforms.
• Create engaging graphics, videos, reels, short-form videos, and promotional content.
• Capture high-quality photos and videos for company events, products, projects, and campaigns.
• Edit and produce professional-quality video and graphic content.
• Write compelling captions, scripts, and marketing copy.
• Plan, schedule, and manage the company's content calendar.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop campaign concepts and promotional materials.
• Monitor social media trends and incorporate relevant ideas into content creation.
• Analyze content performance using analytics tools and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Ensure all content aligns with the company's branding, messaging, and communication standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or HND from a recognized institution.
• 2–5 years of proven experience in content creation, digital marketing, or social media management.
• Strong portfolio showcasing creative work across different digital platforms.
• Excellent photography, videography, lighting, and video production skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Capcut, DaVinci Resolve, or similar tools.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, audience engagement strategies, and platform best practices.
• Excellent copywriting, storytelling, and communication skills.
• Ability to develop creative concepts from idea to final execution.
• Good understanding of content planning, scheduling, and campaign management.
• Knowledge of social media analytics, performance metrics, and content optimization.
• Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team.
• Preferred Skills
• Experience in motion graphics and animation.
• Knowledge of AI-powered content creation tools.
• Experience with Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and other digital marketing tools.
• Basic SEO knowledge and understanding of digital advertising.
• Drone operation and aerial content creation experience is an added advantage.
