Content Creator

We are looking for a creative and energetic Part-Time Content Creator to help grow our brand's online presence across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts. In this role, you will be the creative force behind our short-form video content—responsible for brainstorming ideas, scripting, filming, and basic editing.This is a flexible, part-time position perfect for students, freelance creators, or anyone looking to build a portfolio with a growing local brand.Key Responsibilities

• Ideation & Scripting: Brainstorm engaging, trendy content ideas aligned with current Pakistani social media trends, sounds, and memes.
• Filming & Hosting: Act as the on-camera talent (or comfortably direct models/products) to shoot high-quality, engaging vertical videos using a smartphone.
• Video Editing: Edit raw footage into polished, fast-paced TikToks, Reels, and Shorts using mobile apps like CapCut, InShot, or Premiere Rush.
• Scheduling & Optimizing: Write catchy captions, select relevant hashtags, and prepare 3–4 videos per week for posting.
• Community Engagement: Spend 2–3 hours a week responding to comments and engaging with our community to build brand loyalty.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Social Media Native: Deep understanding of TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube algorithms and trends in Pakistan.
• On-Camera Confidence: Strong communication skills with an engaging and charismatic on-camera presence.
• Technical Savvy: Proficiency in filming with a smartphone and editing videos on mobile apps (CapCut experience is a massive plus).
• Time Management: Ability to manage your own 15–20 hour weekly schedule and meet content deadlines consistently.
• Language: Fluent in conversational Urdu and English (Roman Urdu fluency for captions is required).
