What they need
- Content Production: Plan, script, shoot, and edit engaging short-form and long-form videos (Reels, TikToks, YouTube shorts), photos, and graphics.
- Copywriting: Write compelling captions, headlines, website copy, and blog posts optimized for engagement and SEO.
- Calendar Management: Develop and manage a monthly content calendar to ensure consistent publishing across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
- Community Engagement: Monitor comments and direct messages to foster audience interaction and brand loyalty.
- Trend Tracking: Stay updated on pop culture, audio trends, and platform algorithm shifts to keep our brand relevant.
- Performance Analysis: Track reach, engagement rates, and follower growth using platform analytics tools to optimize future content.
- Experience: 1–3 years of proven experience in digital content creation, social media management, or copywriting (fresh graduates with a strong portfolio are welcome).
- Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with video editing and design tools such as CapCut, Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro, or Photoshop.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, Mandarin & Malay; proficiency in additional local languages is an advantage.
- On-Camera Confidence: Willingness and confidence to appear on camera for video content when required.
- SEO & Analytics: Basic understanding of keyword optimization and social media analytics.
