About the role

We are seeking a talented and creative Content Creator to join PT NOSA JAYA KARYA in Central Jakarta. This is a full-time position that plays a vital role in developing and executing our marketing communications strategy. As a Content Creator, you will be responsible for producing compelling, engaging content across multiple platforms that resonates with our target audience and supports our broader business objectives. This role is essential in building brand awareness, driving engagement, and establishing PT NOSA JAYA KARYA as a thought leader within our industry.

What you'll be doing

• Developing and creating original, high-quality content across various formats including written, visual, and multimedia content for digital and traditional channels
• Planning and executing content calendars aligned with marketing campaigns and business objectives
• Producing engaging copy for social media platforms, blogs, newsletters, websites, and other marketing materials
• Collaborating with the marketing team to ensure content consistency and brand alignment across all channels
• Researching trends, competitors, and audience insights to inform content strategy and keep content fresh and relevant
• Managing and optimising content performance through analytics and making data-driven improvements
• Editing and proofreading content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and brand voice compliance
• Liaising with designers, videographers, and other team members to ensure seamless content production
• Staying current with industry developments and content creation best practices

What we're looking for

• Proven experience as a Content Creator, Content Writer, or similar role within a marketing communications environment
• Excellent writing and communication skills with the ability to adapt tone and style for different audiences and platforms
• Strong creative thinking and storytelling abilities
• Proficiency in content management systems and social media platforms
• Experience with content planning, SEO optimisation, and analytics tools
• Familiarity with design principles and the ability to brief visual content creators effectively
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Knowledge of current digital marketing trends and content best practices
• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
• Preferred: Experience with video content creation, graphic design software, or multimedia production
• Preferred: Portfolio or examples of previous content work demonstrating creativity and versatility
