Job Description

CyberBee Academy is looking for a creative and enthusiastic Content Creator who can develop engaging content for social media platforms, especially Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of social media trends, creative storytelling, and short-form video content. We are looking for someone who can turn ideas into engaging content that attracts audiences and promotes our courses and brand.

Key Responsibilities

• Create engaging content for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other social media platforms.
• Develop creative content ideas, scripts, hooks, and captions.
• Research trending topics, viral formats, and competitor content.
• Write scripts for educational videos, promotional videos, and advertisements.
• Collaborate with the video editing and marketing teams.
• Plan and maintain a consistent social media content calendar.
• Create content related to cybersecurity, technology, AI, and educational programs.
• Participate in video shoots and present content on camera when required.
• Monitor content performance and suggest improvements to increase reach and engagement.

Requirements

• Strong creative thinking and storytelling skills.
• Good communication skills in Malayalam and English.
• Understanding of Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and social media trends.
• Ability to write engaging scripts and attention-grabbing hooks.
• Basic knowledge of content marketing and social media platforms.
• Willingness to learn about cybersecurity, AI, and emerging technologies.
• Ability to work collaboratively and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in content creation or digital marketing.
• Basic knowledge of video editing tools such as CapCut or Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Experience with Canva and social media content planning.
• Confidence in presenting videos on camera.
• A portfolio of previous content or social media work is an advantage.
