About the role

We are seeking a talented Content Creator to join us in Perak on a full-time basis. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and producing high-quality, engaging content across various digital and traditional platforms. You will play a pivotal role in building our brand presence and supporting our marketing campaigns l.This position offers the opportunity to work on diverse projects with creative freedom.

Key responsibilities

• Create engaging and original content including written copy, social media posts, blog articles, videos, graphics, and multimedia materials
• Develop content strategies aligned with campaign objectives and brand guidelines
• Research industry trends, competitor content, and audience preferences to inform creative direction
• Collaborate with marketing, design, and communications teams to ensure consistent messaging and brand voice
• Manage content calendars and meet editorial deadlines across multiple platforms
• Optimise content for search engines and social media platforms to maximise reach and engagement
• Monitor content performance metrics and adjust strategies based on analytical insights
• Engage with audiences through comments, messages, and community management activities
• Produce multimedia content including photography, videography, and audio materials
• Stay current with digital trends, platform updates, and best practices in content creation

What we're looking for

• Proven experience as a content creator, social media specialist, copywriter, or similar marketing communications role

• Demonstrated portfolio showcasing diverse content creation examples across various platforms and formats

• Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent attention to detail

• Proficiency in using content management systems and social media platforms

• Experience with graphic design tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar software

• Familiarity with video editing and basic videography techniques

• Understanding of SEO principles and social media algorithms

• Ability to work creatively whilst following brand guidelines and strategic objectives

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and adjust content strategies accordingly

• Excellent time management and organisational skills with ability to juggle multiple projects

• Collaborative approach to working with cross-functional teams

• Experience with marketing automation tools or analytics platforms is advantageous
