We are looking for an ambitious, data-driven, and action-oriented Social Media Growth Intern to lead our multi-channel growth. Role Overview

As our Social Media Growth Intern, you will own our social media strategy across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn. You will build a 3-month growth roadmap, create and execute daily posting schedules, monitor performance analytics, foster community engagement, and implement growth hacks to scale our channels from scratch to 10k+ active followers within the first month.

Key Responsibilities

• 3-Month Growth Strategy & Planning:
• Formulate and execute a comprehensive 3-month growth strategy tailored to each platform's unique audience and algorithm (Instagram Reels, Facebook Groups/Pages, YouTube Shorts/Videos, LinkedIn Posts/Articles).
• Set weekly growth KPIs, content calendars, and distribution experiments.
• Content Publishing & Optimization:
• Schedule and publish platform-relevant content daily, ensuring optimal timing, hashtags, captions, and visual aesthetics.
• Repurpose content seamlessly across formats (e.g., turning short video scripts into LinkedIn posts, carousels, or YouTube Shorts).
• Analytics, Data Analysis & Iteration:
• Continuously track key performance metrics (reach, impression, engagement rate, follower velocity, drop-off rates).
• Translate data insights into actionable strategies—double down on winning formats and quickly phase out underperforming content.
• Audience Engagement & Community Building:
• Actively engage with comments, DMs, and target communities across platforms to build genuine relationships and brand loyalty.
• Implement organic growth strategies (collaborations, trendjacking, cross-promotions, community outreach).
• Rapid Channel Scaling (0 to 10k Target):
• Test and deploy viral loops, hook variations, and platform-specific growth tactics to achieve rapid follower acquisition in Month 1.

What We Are Looking For

• Proven Understanding of Algorithms: Strong grasp of what drives organic reach and virality on Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
• Data-Driven & Analytical Mindset: Comfortable working with platform analytics, Google Sheets/Excel, and performance dashboards to make data-backed decisions.
• High Execution & Discipline: Ability to maintain a consistent posting schedule and manage multi-platform operations simultaneously.
• Growth Hacking Orientation: Proactive thinker who stays updated with social media updates, emerging features, and viral strategies.
• Basic Editing & Copywriting: Ability to craft crisp captions, engaging post copies, and quick visual/video tweaks when needed.
