The Role

We’re looking for a creative, energetic and ambitious Content Creator & Social Media Marketing Assistant to help bring the Bunchies brand to life across digital platforms.

You’ll work closely with our management and marketing team to develop exciting campaigns, create engaging content and grow our online presence.

Key Responsibilities

• Create engaging content for Instagram, TikTok and other social media platforms.
• Film and edit high-quality short-form videos, including Reels and TikToks.
• Develop creative ideas for viral content and promotional campaigns.
• Capture professional food photography and behind-the-scenes content.
• Assist with planning and executing marketing campaigns.
• Stay ahead of social media trends, viral sounds and emerging content formats.
• Help manage social media accounts and content schedules.
• Collaborate with influencers, students and local content creators.
• Produce promotional content for new menu launches, events and giveaways.
• Monitor content performance, engagement and audience growth.
• Contribute fresh ideas to strengthen Bunchies UK’s brand identity.

Desirable Skills

Experience with any of the following would be beneficial:

• CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro or similar video editing software.
• Canva, Photoshop or graphic design tools.
• Photography and videography.
• Social media management.
• Digital marketing and content strategy.
• Influencer marketing.

Previous experience is not essential for apprenticeship applicants. We’re looking for creativity, enthusiasm and a willingness to learn.

Two Opportunities Available

1. Content Creator Apprenticeship

Perfect for someone looking to start their career in digital marketing and content creation.

You’ll gain practical experience working on real marketing campaigns, developing content creation skills and learning how to build a successful brand.

Where offered as a formal apprenticeship, structured training will be provided alongside an approved apprenticeship training provider.

2. Full-Time Content Creator

Ideal for someone with existing content creation experience who is ready to take ownership of exciting projects.

You’ll be responsible for producing consistent, high-quality content, supporting marketing campaigns and helping shape the brand’s digital presence.

We’re particularly interested in candidates who can demonstrate their creativity through previous projects, social media accounts or a portfolio.
