Content Creator

We are looking for a creative, confident, and passionate Social Media Manager to bring our brand to life through engaging storytelling and digital content. The ideal candidate will be comfortable generating content ideas, telling stories, following trends, engaging with customers and producing social media content that connects with our audience.

You will play a key role in developing creative concepts, creating short-form videos including AI videos, writing engaging captions, and supporting our online presence across multiple digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop creative content ideas and concepts that align with brand goals.
• Create engaging short-form video content for social media platforms. Must have AI video creation skills.
• Plan, film, edit, and publish digital content from concept to completion.
• Write engaging captions, hooks, scripts, and social media copy.
• Create content that explains products, services, or brand messages in a simple and engaging way.
• Stay updated with current social media trends and identify opportunities to create relevant content.
• Support content campaigns, launches, and marketing activities.
• Repurpose content across different platforms and formats.
• Collaborate with the wider team to develop creative campaigns and improve audience engagement.
• Monitor content performance and suggest improvements based on insights.

What We’re Looking For

• Experienced social media manager who loves creating content, videos, or digital storytelling.
• A strong understanding of social media trends and online audience behaviour.
• Excellent communication, writing, and storytelling skills.
• Confidence speaking on camera if needed and engaging with audiences.
• Creative mindset with the ability to turn ideas into compelling content.
• Basic video editing skills and familiarity with content creation tools.
• Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and take ownership of projects.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to experiment with new ideas.
• A portfolio or examples of previous content creation work is preferred.

Desirable Experience

• Experience working with lifestyle, technology, and real estate businesses.
• Knowledge of content strategy, branding, and audience growth.
• Experience using editing software or creative design tools.
