About the Role

This is a high-impact creative role centered on viral-hook production, visual storytelling, and building brand authority through short-form video. At CTG, content is not just "posting on social media", it is our lifeblood. We are looking for a Content Creator who knows how to stop the scroll and turn a 15-second video into a brand statement. We value raw talent and the ability to capture "vibes" that drive actual sales and transform a simple product into a social media hit. Your mission is to translate brand strategies into compelling visuals that people actually want to watch.

Your Team

You will be a core member of our Marketing team, working shoulder-to-shoulder with our Digital Marketer and Graphic Designer.

Key Responsibilities

1. Scroll-Stopping Production:

• Take full ownership of the end-to-end process for short-form videos (Feeds, Reels, Shorts, etc.), from raw footage shooting to final-cut editing.

2. Scriptwriting & Storyboarding:

• Write punchy, high-retention scripts that "hook" the audience within the first 3 seconds.

3. Visual Storytelling:

• Conduct product photography and lifestyle shoots that align with our brand aesthetics for e-commerce and social platforms.

4. KOC & Talent Coordination:

• Identify and collaborate with influencers and Key Opinion Consumers (KOCs) to feature in your content.

5. Campaign Support:

• Partner with the marketing team to prepare high-converting visual assets for Facebook, TikTok, and Instagram ad campaigns.

Requirements

• Minimum SPM qualification; backgrounds in Marketing, Communications, or Business are preferred.

• Prior experience in Creative Arts or E-commerce is a plus, we primarily value raw creative talent. Fresh graduates and interns with strong potential are highly encouraged to apply.

• A strong portfolio or a social media profile showcasing your creative work is required. You must be able to demonstrate your skills through your past projects.

• A keen eye for design, lighting, and what makes a video feel "premium" and "aesthetic" yet "relatable."
