Content Creator

Mirth Studio is looking for someone local to help us create content! We make colorful, patterned flooring, rugs and wallpaper and would love to find someone with a playful, design-focused style and an eye for color, pattern, and thoughtful styling.

We need help photographing our products, making Reels, and capturing what’s happening around the showroom and job sites. You’ll work with our team and take the lead on suggesting fresh content ideas and planning how to bring them to life.

What you’d be doing:

• Filming and editing Reels and other short videos.
• Taking photos of products, samples, and the showroom.
• Capturing behind-the-scenes moments and new product arrivals.
• Helping us come up with fresh ways to share what we do.
• Keeping photos and videos organized and ready for us to post.

You might be a good fit if you:

• Live in the Charleston area and can come to the showroom regularly.
• Have experience creating content, with a portfolio or work examples to share.
• Are comfortable shooting and editing on your phone.
• Have an eye for styling and the little details.
• Are dependable and comfortable getting things done on your own.
• Love interiors, art, textiles, or fashion.

Hours and pay:
Our budget is around $1,000 per month for ongoing freelance help. We’d love to have you in the showroom once or twice a week to capture content, with the flexibility to edit from home. Hours and timing are flexible, and we’re happy to talk through what makes sense for the monthly budget.

To apply:
Send us a little about yourself, your availability, and a portfolio or examples of photos and videos you’ve created. Work samples are required for consideration. We’d love to see your work!

Pay: $900.00 - $1,100.00 per month

Work Location: In person
