About the Role

We're looking for a creative content creator who knows how to make videos people actually want to watch.

You'll be responsible for creating engaging, original content that builds NKSHA's presence across Instagram, TikTok, and Snapchat.

What You'll Do

• Shoot and edit short-form videos, Reels, TikToks, and Stories.
• Create engaging content around our footwear, stores, customers, and behind-the-scenes moments.
• Develop creative ideas based on trends, storytelling, and audience interests.
• Film founder-led content and brand-building videos.
• Capture product launches, campaigns, store activities, and events.
• Work with influencers and customers to produce authentic content.
• Create content that feels natural, not overly commercial.
• Test different hooks, video formats, and storytelling approaches.
• Maintain a consistent content production schedule.
• Track content performance and improve based on what works.

Who We're Looking For

• Strong filming and video editing skills.
• Experience creating TikTok, Instagram Reels, and other short-form content.
• Good understanding of viral content, trends, hooks, and storytelling.
• Experience with CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar tools.
• Interest in fashion, lifestyle, and consumer brands.
• Comfortable shooting in stores, outdoors, and different locations.
• Someone proactive who brings ideas rather than waiting for instructions.

Consistent, engaging content that drives organic reach, builds a community, and creates interest in NKSHA.
