About the Role

We are looking for a creative, trend-savvy Social Media Content Creator with 3+ years of experience and a **proven track record** of growing audiences and driving engagement on social platforms. You will own the ideation, creation, and publishing of content across our social channels, and work closely with the performance marketing team to create content that also works as paid creative.

Key Responsibilities

**Content Creation**

• Ideate, script, shoot, and edit short-form videos (Reels, YouTube Shorts) that are native to each platform.
• Design engaging static posts, carousels, stories, and infographics.
• Write compelling captions, hooks, and CTAs that drive saves, shares, and clicks.
• Create UGC-style and on-camera content when required.
• Repurpose long-form content (blogs, videos, webinars) into bite-sized social formats.
• Produce ad creatives and variations for Meta and YouTube campaigns in collaboration with the performance team.

**Social Media Management**

• Plan and execute a monthly content calendar across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, and X.
• Schedule and publish content at optimal times.
• Engage with the community by responding to comments, DMs, and mentions.
• Spot trends, trending audio, and memes early, and turn them into timely, on-brand content.
• Collaborate with influencers and creators for campaigns and partnerships.
• Optimize profiles, bios, highlights, and hashtags for discoverability (social SEO).

**Analytics & Growth**

• Track KPIs such as reach, impressions, engagement rate, follower growth, saves, shares, profile visits, and link clicks.
• Run content experiments (hooks, formats, posting times) and scale what works.
• Share monthly performance reports with insights and recommendations.

Requirements

**Must-Have**

• 3+ years of experience creating content for brand social media accounts.
• **A proven track record with measurable results**, such as follower growth, viral or high-performing posts, or improved engagement rates.
• Strong skills in short-form video shooting and editing (mobile and desktop).
• Proficiency with tools like CapCut, InShot, Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Canva, or Photoshop.
• Excellent copywriting skills with a knack for hooks and storytelling.
• Deep understanding of platform algorithms, formats, and content trends.
• Ability to work fast, handle multiple projects, and meet deadlines.

**Good to Have**

• Comfort appearing on camera.
• Experience creating ad creatives for Meta Ads and understanding of creative performance metrics (CTR, hook rate, thumb-stop ratio).
• Familiarity with Meta Business Suite, Buffer/Hootsuite, or Later.
• Experience with influencer marketing or creator collaborations.
• Photography skills.
• Knowledge of regional languages for localized content.
