Content Creator, AI Video

Job Description :

Content Creator About the role You will create what we publish from the ideas to the finished pieces that go out under our name. Most of it is short-form video and the copy that carries it.

You will use AI video tools to produce at a pace a traditional shoot can't match, but the job is the content, not the tooling.

Knowledge of AI video tools is not a necessity. This is a full-time role, Chennai based role.

What you'll do Pitch and script short-form concepts each week. Produce and edit the finished pieces, using AI video tools where they speed things up. Build recurring formats and characters people come back for.

Check performance weekly and let it shape what you make next. The sensibility we're hiring for Our voice is in line with the mainstream ensemble of sitcoms: warm rather than cynical, character-driven rather than topical, built on types an audience recognises in seconds.

We want someone fluent in how that comedy is built - the setup that earns the turn, the reaction that beats the line, the gag that pays off later. Spotting it isn't enough; you should be able to write it.

What you bring 0-1 years making content that was published and measured - in-house, agency, creator led or your own channel.

Solid video editing - Premiere, Resolve, CapCut or equivalent. Advanced proficiency of English language with a wide vocabulary.

Writing that turns a brief into a premise, and a premise into 45 seconds that holds.

Comfortable with AI video tools, or the appetite to pick them up fast. Nice to have Motion graphics or sound design.
