Content Creator

Job Overview: The Content Creator will be responsible for creating and managing content for Renew Home across social media and digital platforms. The position will capture the work we do, the spaces we create, and the people behind the brand through photography, video, social media, and other creative content. They will work closely with the team to plan and capture content, develop new ideas, and maintain a consistent Renew Home presence across all platforms.

In addition to content creation, this role will help support Renew Home’s broader marketing efforts by promoting our staging and interior design services, building awareness within the local real estate community, and connecting with brokerages, home builders, agents, and other industry partners. The ideal candidate is creative, organized, and proactive, with an interest in social media and helping grow the Renew Home brand. There is room for growth within this position as Renew Home continues to grow. Over time, the role may expand to include additional responsibilities and greater involvement in broader marketing initiatives based on performance and the needs of the business.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Create photo and video content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, website, email marketing, and other digital platforms
• Photograph and film completed projects, before-and-afters, styling details, furniture, team features, and behind-the-scenes content
• Develop new and creative content ideas that align with the Renew Home brand
• Plan and maintain the social media content calendar
• Write captions and social media copy that align with the Renew Home voice
• Stay current with relevant social media trends, sounds, and platform updates and incorporate them when appropriate
• Monitor content performance and use insights to help guide future content
• Submit content for review and approval before publishing
• Make revisions based on feedback and ensure approved content is published accurately and on schedule
• Maintain a consistent visual style and brand presence across all platforms
• Assist with marketing campaigns, events, partnerships, courses, promotions, and other projects as needed
• Help promote Renew Home’s staging and interior design services to local real estate brokerages, agents, home builders, and other industry professionals through outreach and marketing efforts

Skills/Qualifications:

• Experience creating content for social media platforms
• Strong photography and videography skills
• Experience with video editing and short-form video content
• Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and Pinterest
• Strong writing and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Creative and proactive with the ability to bring new ideas to the table
• Comfortable working on-site at homes, events, and other locations
• Experience with Canva, CapCut, or similar programs preferred

Hours:

• Part-time, estimated 15-20 hours per week
• Flexible hours, with a combination of on-site and off-site work
• Schedule will vary based on projects, events, and content needs

Pay: Pay depends on experience and abilities, with starting pay at $17/hr.

Pay: From $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15.0 – 20.0 per week
