About the role

We are seeking a creative and skilled Content Creator to join the marketing communications team at SIAM CONSOLIDATE TRADING CO., LTD. This is a full-time position based in Phaya Thai, Bangkok. As a Content Creator, you will be responsible for producing engaging, high-quality content across multiple platforms that resonates with our target audience and supports our business objectives. This role is strategic in nature, positioning you at the heart of our brand communications and digital presence.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and produce original content including written copy, graphics, video, and multimedia materials for various marketing channels and campaigns
• Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute content strategies that align with brand guidelines and business goals
• Create engaging social media content tailored to different platforms, including planning, scheduling and optimizing posts for maximum reach and engagement
• Research industry trends, competitor activities and audience insights to inform content creation and ensure relevance and competitiveness
• Edit, proofread and refine content to ensure clarity, consistency, brand voice and adherence to quality standards
• Manage content calendars and meet deadlines whilst juggling multiple projects and priorities
• Monitor content performance metrics and analytics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to gather information and understand communication needs

What we're looking for

• Proven experience as a Content Creator, Content Strategist, or similar role within marketing communications or a related field
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to adapt tone and style for different audiences and platforms
• Proficiency in content creation tools and software, such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, video editing software, or similar platforms
• Demonstrated ability to develop creative concepts and ideas that capture attention and drive engagement
• Experience with social media platforms and understanding of best practices for different channels including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and YouTube
• Knowledge of SEO principles and ability to optimize content for search engines
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
• Familiarity with analytics tools and ability to interpret data to inform content strategy
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Creative Writing or a related discipline is preferred
• Portfolio of previous content creation work demonstrating range, creativity and quality
