Responsibilities:

• Create engaging and compelling content for social media platforms.
• Develop content ideas, captions, scripts, and short-form videos.
• Plan and manage content calendars and posting schedules.
• Create content that drives audience engagement and brand awareness.
• Respond to customer enquiries and support online customer engagement.
• Monitor content performance and recommend improvements.
• Stay updated on social media trends and digital marketing strategies.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Content Creator or in a similar role.
• Previous customer service experience is mandatory.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Good knowledge of social media platforms and content creation tools.
• Creative, proactive, organised, and self-motivated.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Must reside around the Lekki/Ajah axis of Lagos.
