Job Description
Q Bay Real Estate Brokerage is looking for a creative Content Creator to produce engaging content for our real estate marketing and social media platforms.
Responsibilities
- Create videos, reels, photos, and promotional content for social media.
- Capture and edit property photos and videos.
- Prepare creative content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
- Write engaging captions and property advertisements.
- Follow social media trends and develop creative marketing ideas.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in content creation or digital marketing.
- Skills in photography, video editing, and graphic design.
- Knowledge of Canva, CapCut, or similar editing tools.
- Creative, organized, and able to meet deadlines.
- A portfolio of previous work is an advantage.
- Real estate marketing experience is preferred.
