About us
Sunray Fly Fish Ltd runs three growing e-commerce brands in fishing and the outdoors: Sunray Fly Fish, Finner and Kwik Seat. We design our own products, sell worldwide, and market everything in-house from our unit in Launceston.

The role
You'll create the content that drives our social and paid media. You'll shoot, edit and publish, and produce finished ad creative and copy to our brief. Our paid media manager owns campaign strategy and optimisation. You supply the assets, upload them and get them out the door.

What you'll do

• Shoot video and photography of our products, on location and in the unit
• Edit quickly and to a high standard, turning footage around in hours, not days
• Produce finished ad creative and ad copy from our guidance
• Upload and distribute content and ads across Facebook and Instagram via Meta
• Publish organic content and manage your own content calendar
• Work independently with minimal supervision

What you need

• Confident filming and photography on iPhone and DSLR
• Strong Final Cut Pro skills and a fast editing workflow
• Experience creating ad-ready video and image content for Meta
• Comfortable uploading and publishing in Meta Business Suite and Ads Manager
• Able to write short, punchy ad copy to a brief
• Self-motivated, organised and able to work to deadlines
• Able to work on site in Launceston for 3 full days a week (this is not a remote role)

• An interest in fishing, the outdoors or e-commerce

• Location: Pennygillam Industrial Estate, Launceston, Cornwall (on site, no remote working)
• Hours: 3 full days a week
• Pay: £12.71 per hour (National Living Wage)
• Job type: Permanent, part-time

Pay: £24,420.00-£47,796.43 per year
