Content Creator

About the role

Plan and create engaging content for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and other social media platforms to showcase products, support marketing campaigns, build brand awareness, engage audiences and drive sales.

Key responsibilities

• Develop creative concepts, scripts and storyboards that reflect the brand's identity and campaign goals
• Stay updated on social media trends and competitor content to identify fresh, relevant ideas
• Produce product demonstrations, styling videos, promotional content and behind-the-scenes stories
• Manage content schedules and deliver projects on time
• Monitor views, reach and engagement, and use these insights to improve future content
• Maintain consistent branding, messaging and quality across all content

About you

• Minimum Diploma in Multimedia, Mass Communication, Digital Marketing, Graphic Design or related fields
• Minimum 1–2 years of relevant working experience in content creation, video production or social media marketing
• Proficient in video shooting, editing and basic photography
• Skilled in CapCut, Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro or other video editing software
• Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram Reels and current social media trends
• Creative, proactive and capable of producing original content ideas
• Good communication, time management and organisational skills
