Content Creator

We’re looking for a bold and versatile Content Creator who thrives in digital-first storytelling. You’ll conceptualize, script, shoot, edit, and publish social-first content across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, and more.

From hopping on trends to producing branded explainers, you’ll craft content that captures attention, sparks engagement, and builds brand relevance. You’ll also apply AI tools and prompting techniques to ideate faster, enhance edits, and optimize creative performance.

This role is perfect for someone as comfortable behind the camera as in front of it—turning cultural moments into creative content that drives reach and real connection.

What You’ll Do:

Content Creation

● Conceptualize, script, shoot, and edit short-form videos optimized for TikTok, Reels, and YouTube Shorts.

● Deliver content aligned with brand voice, tone, and campaign objectives.

● Apply AI-assisted tools for editing, captioning, and creative ideation.

Collaboration & Campaign Support

● Work with creatives, strategists, and accounts to align content with consumer insights and brand direction.

● Contribute to the monthly content calendar plotting with relevant trend insertions.

● Support live shoots, influencer content, and digital-first campaign activations.

Publishing & Performance

● Format and publish content across platforms using tools like Meta Business Suite, Later, or Buffer.

● Track content performance, providing insights to improve engagement and creative effectiveness.

● Stay on top of trends, formats, and digital behaviors to keep content culturally relevant.

Work Experience:

●1–2 years in roles such as Digital Content Specialist, Influencer Marketing Associate, Brand

Strategist, or similar.

● Hands-on experience planning, producing, and editing short-form video for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, or comparable platforms.

● Proven on-camera confidence—comfortable acting, hosting, or presenting in video content.

● Skilled in CapCut, Canva, VN, Adobe Premiere, After Effects, or similar editing tools.

● Familiarity with content calendars and scheduling tools (e.g., Later, Buffer, Meta Business Suite).

● Experience interpreting performance analytics to refine concepts and improve engagement.

● Strong visual-narrative instincts and the ability to deliver quick, high-quality edits.

● Background collaborating with creative, strategy, and accounts teams.

● Experience working in hybrid or digital-first organizations is a plus.

● A compelling portfolio (or showreel) that features social-first video content for TikTok, Reels, and Shorts—demonstrating trend adaptation, creative editing, brand alignment, and measurable audience engagement.

● Clear understanding of brand tone, visual identity, and how to translate these into thumb-stopping content.

● Excellent verbal and written communication skills for presenting concepts and collaborating across teams.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
