Content Creator

About the role

Content Creator for BLab Clinic, a beauty and aesthetic clinic. You will be responsible for conceptualizing, planning, producing, and editing short-form video content across TikTok, Instagram Reels, and Facebook. You will work end-to-end on content creation—from ideation and scriptwriting through shooting and basic editing—while collaborating with the marketing team, doctors, and other staff to build brand awareness, engagement, and sales opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and create content strategy for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and Facebook, focusing on short-form video with strong hooks and storytelling for Gen Z audiences
• Develop concepts, hooks, storylines, and write scripts independently from start to finish
• Create and maintain a content calendar aligned with clinic campaigns and promotions
• Monitor social media trends and adapt them for the target audience
• Shoot videos and still images for clinic social media channels, including doctor content, customer reviews, clinic atmosphere, procedures, and promotions
• Plan camera angles, lighting, composition, and shot lists independently
• Brief and coordinate with doctors, staff, and other contributors on shoots
• Perform basic video editing using CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar tools for TikTok and Instagram Reels
• Add subtitles, music, sound effects, and transitions; understand pacing and arrange footage into engaging short clips
• Write captions, headlines, and accompanying text; translate service and procedure information into accessible content verified with the medical team
• Analyze performance metrics including views, reach, engagement, watch time, and audience retention to refine content strategy

About you

• At least 1 year of experience as a Content Creator, Creative Content specialist, or Social Media professional, or a compelling portfolio
• Able to independently conceptualize, script, shoot, and perform basic video editing
• Strong understanding of hooks, storytelling, and pacing for TikTok and Reels
• Proficient with CapCut or basic video editing software
• Strong visual, audio, and storytelling sense
• Creative mindset with ability to follow trends and adapt them for the brand
• Able to work collaboratively with doctors and team members
• Responsible, strong time management, and able to manage multiple projects
• Experience in beauty, skincare, aesthetic clinics, or lifestyle content is a plus
• Portfolio with high-engagement TikTok or Reels content or viral content creation experience is a plus
