About the Role

Are you a creative storyteller with a passion for photography, videography, and multimedia production? We’re looking for a Content Creator who can turn creative ideas into impactful content while ensuring high-quality execution and consistent brand identity across digital platforms.

In this role, you’ll lead content production from concept development and pre-production to shooting, editing, and post-production. You’ll also collaborate with internal teams and external production partners, guide fellow content producers, and ensure projects are delivered on time and to the highest creative standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop content strategies aligned with client brands, stores, and marketing objectives.
• Lead and execute photo and video shoots, including pre-production planning, art direction, and production coordination.
• Oversee photo selection, editing, retouching, and multimedia post-production.
• Produce and edit branded videos, product videos, podcasts, interviews, documentaries, and other multimedia content.
• Develop creative concepts, mood boards, reels, and presentations for proposed shoots.
• Manage content formats and distribution across multimedia channels.
• Ensure creative quality, brand consistency, and timely delivery of all content.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external production partners to meet project requirements.
• Coach and mentor Content Producer Associates to improve creative execution and team performance.
• Monitor job orders, project timelines, deliverables, and the team's day-to-day workflow.
• Maintain the video and audio content library and support team training and development initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Multimedia, Video Production, Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field.
• At least 2–3 years of relevant work experience in digital or creative design and photography production, preferably in the apparel retail industry or a related field.
• Hands-on experience in photography, video and audio production, editing, and post-production.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Premiere Pro, After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Lightroom.
• Familiarity with Google Workspace and knowledge of content optimization, web design, and development.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Creative, tech-savvy, organized, and deadline-driven, with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to lead projects, coordinate with multiple stakeholders, and guide team members toward quality results.
