Content Creator/ Content Writer

Key Responsibilities

• Develop creative content ideas for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and other social media platforms.
• Write engaging video scripts, captions, hooks, product copy, and promotional content.
• Create content concepts based on products, campaigns, trends, and target audiences.
• Research and follow the latest social media trends and viral content formats.
• Work closely with the Video, Marketing, and Live teams to produce engaging content.
• Assist with filming and content creation when required.
• Maintain a content calendar and ensure content is delivered on schedule.
• Monitor content performance and use insights to improve future content.
• Support promotional campaigns, product launches, and other marketing activities.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Mass Communication, Marketing, Journalism, Creative Writing, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in content writing, content creation, social media, or a related role.
• Strong writing and storytelling skills.
• Good understanding of TikTok, Instagram, and short-form content.
• Creative, proactive, and able to generate fresh content ideas.
• Good command of English; Mandarin/Bahasa Malaysia is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of CapCut or other content creation tools is an advantage.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
