Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and strategic Content Creator / Copywriter with prior experience in a Digital Marketing or Advertising Agency. The ideal candidate should have exceptional writing skills, the ability to understand different brand voices, and experience creating compelling content for a diverse range of clients and industries.

As a Content Creator / Copywriter, you will collaborate with designers, strategists, social media managers, and performance marketers to develop impactful content that drives engagement, builds brand awareness, and supports marketing objectives.

Responsibilities

• Create engaging and persuasive content for social media, websites, blogs, landing pages, email campaigns, brochures, presentations, and marketing materials.
• Write creative ad copies for Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other digital advertising platforms.
• Develop captions, headlines, taglines, CTAs, scripts, and campaign messaging.
• Understand client briefs and translate ideas into compelling, audience-focused content.
• Maintain consistency in brand tone, messaging, and communication across all platforms.
• Research industries, competitors, market trends, and consumer insights to create relevant and impactful content.
• Collaborate with graphic designers, video editors, and marketing teams to execute integrated campaigns.
• Proofread and edit content to ensure accuracy, clarity, grammar, and brand consistency.
• Optimize content for SEO and digital marketing best practices.
• Contribute creative ideas for campaigns, product launches, and brand communication.
• Manage multiple client projects while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced agency environment.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Mass Communication, Journalism, English, Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a Digital Marketing or Advertising Agency is mandatory.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English.
• Strong portfolio showcasing content for multiple brands and digital platforms.
• Experience writing for social media, websites, blogs, email marketing, performance marketing campaigns, and advertising creatives.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, branding, and consumer behavior.
• Ability to adapt writing style and tone based on different brands and industries.
• Excellent research, editing, proofreading, and communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with SEO content writing and keyword optimization.
• Knowledge of AI writing tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, or Claude.
• Familiarity with WordPress or other Content Management Systems (CMS).
• Basic understanding of Google Analytics and digital marketing metrics.
• Experience writing for B2B.
