Job Description

Dental Nation is looking for a creative and hands-on Content Creator / Videographer to capture engaging, high-quality video content across our dental clinics.

The primary responsibility will be shooting and producing video content featuring our dentists, treatments, patient experiences, clinic activities, and behind-the-scenes moments for our digital and social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Video Shooting: Plan and execute regular video shoots across Dental Nation clinics.
• Doctor Content: Film dentists for educational reels, treatment explanations, FAQs, and personal branding videos.
• Social Media Content: Create engaging Instagram Reels, TikTok videos, YouTube Shorts, and stories.
• Video Editing: Edit footage with captions, transitions, music, graphics, and engaging hooks.
• Patient Testimonials: Capture patient experiences, testimonials, and treatment journeys with appropriate consent.
• Creative Direction: Suggest trending video concepts, storytelling ideas, and engaging content formats.
• Clinic Coverage: Capture clinic interiors, equipment, team activities, events, and behind-the-scenes content.
• Content Coordination: Work closely with the Marketing and Operations teams to schedule shoots and ensure consistent content production.
• Content Management: Organize raw footage and maintain a library of reusable video assets.

Requirements

• Proven experience in videography, video editing, and social media content creation.
• Strong filming skills using professional cameras and/or smartphones.
• Proficiency in CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar editing software.
• Understanding of Instagram and TikTok trends, hooks, and short-form video storytelling.
• Ability to independently manage shoots, lighting, audio, and editing.
• Comfortable directing doctors and staff in front of the camera.
• Creative, proactive, and able to work across multiple clinic locations.
• Previous experience in healthcare, dental, aesthetics, or medical content is an advantage.
• A portfolio of previous video work is mandatory.
