Content Creator / Digital Marketing

About the role

We are seeking a talented Content Creator / Digital Marketing to join our team on a full-time basis in Balikpapan, Kalimantan Timur. This is a unique opportunity to work within the construction and project management sector, combining high-level digital marketing strategies with compelling content creation. You will play a crucial role in building our brand presence, generating leads, and engaging with stakeholders across digital and social media platforms while showcasing our modular construction expertise.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and lead generation, including managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads) to achieve specific marketing targets.
• Manage and optimize all company social media channels (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn) consistently and effectively, including maintaining content calendars and digital portfolios to uphold a professional brand image.
• Develop and produce high-quality written, visual, and multimedia content (including scripts, hooks, captions, photography, videography, and graphic design) for websites, social media, blogs, and marketing materials.
• Create compelling case studies and project documentation showcasing our modular construction solutions by collaborating closely with project teams to gather insights and visual assets from ongoing construction projects.
• Conduct market research, social media trend analysis, competitor tracking, and periodic performance analytics monitoring to continuously improve campaign effectiveness, engagement, and reach.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and field sales teams to ensure all content and strategies align with company messaging, brand guidelines, and sales requirements.

About you

• Proven experience as a Content Creator, Digital Marketer, Copywriter, or similar role, with a strong portfolio demonstrating versatility across different content formats.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Indonesian.
• Proficiency with content management systems, social media platforms, digital marketing tools, and paid advertising dashboards (Meta/TikTok Ads).
• Strong visual communication skills with hands-on experience in photography, videography, graphic design, and video editing software (Adobe Creative Suite or similar).
• Ability to translate complex technical information into engaging, accessible content for diverse audiences (clients, partners, and industry professionals).
• Creative thinking, strong storytelling capabilities, and a proactive approach to learning new industry trends.
• Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple content and marketing projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail.
