About the Role

We’re seeking a visionary Content Creator Director to lead our entire content production, creative strategy, and creator/KOL ecosystem for our beauty, cosmetics, and lifestyle brands. You will own the creative vision, guide our in-house team, oversee live broadcasts, social channels, and influencer collaborations — driving brand growth, engagement, and GMV across TikTok, Shopee, Lazada, and Instagram.

This is a leadership role — you build the creative roadmap, lead the team, and set the standard for all content output.

Key Responsibilities

Creative Leadership & Strategy

• Develop & execute the overall content strategy & creative direction aligned with brand identity and sales goals

• Lead, mentor, and manage the content team: Live Hosts, Graphic Designers, Video Editors, and Junior Creators

• Plan monthly content calendars, campaign themes, product launches, and seasonal promotions

• Define brand voice, visual style, and storytelling guidelines across all platforms

Production & Quality Control

• Oversee end-to-end content creation: ideation → shooting → editing → publishing

• Review & approve all live scripts, video content, graphics, and copy before release

• Ensure consistent high-quality output — aesthetic, messaging, and brand standards

• Manage studio/equipment resources and optimize production workflows

Creator / KOL & Partnership Management

• Collaborate with BD/KOL team to align influencer content with brand campaigns

• Review & approve KOL deliverables to ensure brand consistency

• Scout & partner with top creators for high-impact campaigns

• Track performance: engagement, reach, conversion, GMV — optimize strategies accordingly

Performance & Growth

• Set clear KPIs for the team: views, engagement rate, follower growth, conversion, GMV

• Analyze data & insights to refine content direction

• Stay updated on trends, algorithm changes, and competitor activity

• Report creative performance to leadership weekly/monthly

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in content creation, social media, or digital marketing — with at least 1 year in a leadership/management role
• trong portfolio showing creative direction, video production, and campaign work (beauty/FMCG is a BIG plus!)
• Deep knowledge of TikTok, Shopee, Lazada, Instagram, Facebook algorithms & best practices
• Experience managing Live Streaming / Live Selling operations
• Skilled in content planning, team management, and project coordination
• Proficient with editing tools (CapCut, Premiere, Canva, etc.)
• Strategic thinker + hands-on creator — you can lead and execute
• Strong communication skills — can present ideas clearly to the team & management
• Willing to work full on-site in Makati, Mon–Sat
• Beauty/cosmetics/FMCG industry experience — highly preferred!
