Content Creator – Dubai Hybrid

This role offers an exciting opportunity for a skilled content creator to join a dynamic team in Dubai on a hybrid basis. The position focuses on developing engaging digital content tailored to various platforms, supporting brand initiatives, and enhancing audience engagement. The ideal candidate will bring creativity, adaptability, and a strong understanding of content trends, working both remotely and on-site as required. Local presence in Dubai is essential, as the role does not involve travel.

Deliverables

• Develop and produce high-quality digital content for social media, websites, and marketing campaigns
• Collaborate with internal teams to align content with brand messaging and objectives
• Edit and optimize content for maximum reach and engagement across platforms
• Monitor content performance and suggest improvements based on analytics
• Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines and maintains a consistent voice
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for new content initiatives

Requirements

• Proven experience in content creation for digital platforms
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of content types (video, written, visual)
• Proficiency with content creation tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
• Based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates; must be able to work locally without travel
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Familiarity with current digital marketing and social media trends
