Content Creator (Education Consulting)

About the Role

You will independently film, edit, and post video content for an education consultancy firm — no camera crew, editor, or content team support. Once your content generates engagement or interest from potential clients, you pass them on to the consultant team, who handle all sales and closing conversations. This is a content-only role; you are not responsible for sales.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation (End-to-End, Independent)

• Plan content topics and account positioning around education consulting and school pathway planning
• Film/shoot video content solo
• Edit all footage independently
• Post content consistently across social media platforms

Engagement & Lead Handover

• Monitor and respond to audience engagement (comments, DMs, inquiries)
• Identify people showing genuine interest
• Pass interested leads to the consultant team for follow-up and closing

Performance Tracking

• Track content performance (views, engagement, follower growth)
• Review what's working and adjust content approach accordingly

Key Performance Indicators

Performance is not measured by sales/revenue closed. KPIs include:

• Volume and quality of effective content published
• Number of precise/qualified leads generated
• Number of consultation appointments booked

Requirements

• Must be comfortable working independently — filming, editing, and posting solo
• Hands-on with phone/camera shooting and basic video editing software
• Strong sense of storytelling and visual presentation
• Familiarity with major social media platforms and content trends
• Organized and able to manage content pipeline and leads
• Good communication skills for audience engagement
• Interest in the education consulting / international school advisory sector is a plus

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with editing tools (e.g. CapCut, Premiere, Canva)
• Prior experience growing a social media account solo
