Content Creator – F&B

We are opening a new Nasi Lemak outlet in Penang and looking for a creative, hands-on Content Creator to build the food brand from renovation stage to grand opening.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute marketing campaigns and promotions
• Create short videos and content for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and Xiaohongshu
• Document renovation, food preparation and behind-the-scenes stories
• Manage social media enquiries, reviews and customer engagement
• Coordinate with food bloggers, influencers and external partners
• Support grand opening activities and in-store promotions
• Track campaign performance and provide monthly reports

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication or related field
• Good content creation, photography and video-editing skills
• Familiar with Malaysian social media trends
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines
• F&B marketing experience is an advantage
• Fresh graduates with a strong portfolio are welcome
