Content Creator – Filming & Editing (YouTube)

About us

Robo Loans is an Australian car and asset finance broker, part of a group with AI-X in Dubai, expanding to Singapore and New Zealand. This role is based in Bali, with travel. We welcome applicants from Jakarta and anywhere in Indonesia, and we'll support your relocation to Bali.

The role

You will film and edit videos for our founder's YouTube channel. You'll work on-site with the founder and team and travel with us wherever we work, filming the business as it's built: the problem we're solving, the work, what goes wrong, and the result. Then you turn the footage into YouTube videos and short clips, write the titles and hooks, and design the thumbnails. You are behind the camera, not in front of it.

What you'll do

• Plan and film episodes on-site with the founder and team
• Find the story in raw footage and edit tight long-form episodes
• Cut Shorts, Reels and TikToks
• Write hooks, titles and thumbnails

Must-haves

• 2+ years editing YouTube or social video, with a published portfolio
• Story-first, fast editing with no dead footage
• Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut or CapCut
• Professional English
• Discretion about how our systems work
• Comfortable filming people at work (camera, audio, lighting basics); full-time, on-site, able to travel

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with AI video tools (Higgsfield, Descript, Opus Clip or similar)
• Interest in business, AI or finance

What we offer

• IDR 7–12 juta per month
• Full-time contract with Robo Loans (Australia); relocation support to Bali and travel costs covered
• Camera, editing computer and devices provided

How to apply

Email [email protected] with the subject "Content Creator" and include your CV, where you're based, links to 2–3 YouTube videos and 3 short videos you edited, 3 sentences on one video (the problem, why viewers care, the payoff), and your salary expectation and start date. Applications without portfolio links won't be considered
