This part-time contract role focuses on transforming existing episodes, character content, music, scripts, and unused footage into engaging short-form content for platforms like TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts. You will play a key role in building brand recognition and fostering a genuine community around a cast of seven unique characters, each representing different inner voices. The position begins with a paid 30-day trial and offers the chance to collaborate closely with a creative studio dedicated to innovative storytelling and character-driven content.

Deliverables

• Repurpose and edit existing video, audio, and visual assets into platform-specific short-form content
• Develop character-led concepts, write compelling hooks and captions, and schedule approved posts
• Engage with the online community, respond to comments, and foster positive interactions
• Identify and leverage relevant trends to maximize reach and engagement
• Share weekly performance insights and analytics to inform content strategy

Requirements

• Proven experience creating and editing short-form video content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts
