Content Creator - Intern

Pearlbay Institute, Sri Lanka's premiere audio engineering and music production education provider, is seeking an enthusiastic and creative intern to join our team as a Content Creator - Intern (Social Media). We're seeking someone passionate about social media and eager to help us elevate our online presence, increase engagement, and drive enrollment.

About the Role:

As our Content Creator Intern, you will play a key role in developing and executing our social media strategy. You'll be the driving force behind capturing the vibrant atmosphere of Pearlbay Institute and showcasing the talent and creativity of our students and faculty.

Key Responsibilities:

• Capture creative and high-quality content (photos and videos) on the institute premises.
• Coordinate with our marketing team to plan, create, and edit engaging social media posts, reels, and stories.
• Brainstorm and execute creative ideas aligned with the institute's creative identity.
• Monitor content performance and recommend improvements.

Requirements:

• Strong photography, videography, and editing skills.
• Ability to work independently with a self-driven attitude.
• Familiarity with social media trends and tools (e.g., CapCut, Premiere, Canva).
• Good analytical skills and excellent command of English.
• Quick learner with the ability to work within a high-performing team.
