About the role

This role involves planning, conceptualizing, filming, and editing short-form video content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts to enhance engagement. You will study trends, audience behavior, and new content presentation formats on social media to develop and expand content strategy. You will research target audience insights and create both static and video content that is accessible, entertaining, and engaging. You will learn and apply new tools, particularly Generative AI such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and other AI tools to ideate and produce content. You will also support other projects and tasks as assigned by the team and supervisor.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, conceptualize, film, and edit short-form video content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts to enhance engagement
• Study trends, audience behavior, and new content presentation formats on social media to develop and expand content
• Research target audience insights and create both static and short-form video content that is accessible, entertaining, and engaging
• Learn and apply new tools, particularly Generative AI such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and other AI tools for ideation and content production
• Support other projects and tasks as assigned by the team and supervisor

About you

• Thai nationality
• Currently studying for a bachelor's degree in any field
• Passionate about consuming and creating short-form video content on platforms such as TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts
• Keep up with new trends consistently
• Creative thinker, willing to experiment, and ready to present new ideas to create distinctive content and help the SkillLane brand reach more people
• Basic skills in filming video with a smartphone and ability to use video editing software such as CapCut and Premiere Pro
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, willing to collaborate with others, confident in on-camera presence, and able to interview people to create content
• Knowledge or interest in using Generative AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Midjourney, or other AI tools to assist with ideation, scriptwriting, or content creation will be given special consideration
• Portfolio or previous work in content creation, whether from TikTok, Reels, YouTube, Facebook, or other channels, should be attached with the application for consideration
