**Paperjam News is recruiting a “Content Creator Journalist (m/f/x)”**capable of producing high value-added content that is both editorially rigorous and digitally effective.

Your role

You will transform news, trends, and expertise into impactful, engaging, and distinctive content across our various platforms (website, social media, newsletters, video).

Working within the newsroom and reporting to the Editor-in-Chief, you will directly contribute to the growth of our audience, our brand awareness, and ensure alignment with our editorial line.

Your responsibilities

Content creation

• You design and produce content tailored for social media (posts, carousels, reels, stories, short videos, threads), inspired by Paperjam News or events within the Paperjam Club
• You adapt Paperjam News articles into engaging, social-first formats
• You write impactful and platform-optimized captions
• You ensure editorial and visual consistency with the Paperjam brand

Community management & engagement

• You publish and schedule content according to an editorial calendar
• You ensure a tone that is consistent with the editorial line

Audience development

• You monitor performance (reach, engagement, follower growth) and suggest optimizations based on data analysis
• You continuously monitor social media trends and algorithms

Editorial coordination

• You work closely with the newsroom journalists and the club programming team
• You propose topic ideas and angles adapted to social platforms
• You contribute to format evolution and digital innovation

Your profile

• You have built your own audience on LinkedIn, Instagram, and/or TikTok. You know how to capture attention, create value, and engage a community. You are now looking to take the next step by putting your talent at the service of a strong and influential media brand such as Paperjam
• You hold a degree in journalism or communications and have at least 5 years of experience in similar roles, preferably within a media organization
• You are a strong writer, creative, and able to adapt your style depending on the topic, audience, and channel
• You are familiar with the technical aspects of social platforms (Facebook, X, Instagram, LinkedIn), understand key performance indicators, and have a strong interest in digital media
• You are curious, up to date with industry trends, and have a solid general knowledge
• With a positive mindset and an open attitude, you also have a strong sense of efficiency: rigor, organization, initiative, and flexibility are among your strengths
• You have strong interpersonal and communication skills, can work independently, meet deadlines, and are highly organized
• You are fluent in both French and English, written and spoken. Knowledge of Luxembourgish and/or German is a plus
