Content Creator (Live Performance)

About the role

We are seeking a Content Creator (Live Performance) to drive live stream production and engage audiences in real time. In this role, you will handle end-to-end execution—from script development and live setup to hosting, real-time engagement, and post-live video editing. You will create live experiences across major platforms (TikTok Live, Shopee Live, Facebook Live, Instagram Live, YouTube) and repurpose live highlights into short-form content.

• Live Streaming & On-Screen Performance: Host and conduct live streaming sessions with high energy, confidence, and strong audience engagement to drive real-time interaction and conversions.
• Planning & Scripting: Concept and structure engaging live show formats, outline run-of-show scripts, prepare product/topic highlights, and plan interactive activities (Q&A, giveaways, polls).
• Technical & Studio Setup: Set up and monitor live streaming hardware/software (smartphones/cameras, lighting, microphones, OBS Studio, StreamYard, or native platform tools).
• Real-Time Audience Interaction: Read and respond to live comments effectively, manage viewer flow, handle unexpected situations seamlessly, and convert viewers into engaged community members or customers.
• Post-Live Content Repurposing: Edit raw live stream recordings using tools like CapCut or Adobe Premiere Pro to extract key highlights, viral moments, and short clips (TikTok, Reels, Shorts).
• Performance Analysis: Track key live metrics (concurrent viewers, peak viewers, engagement rate, session duration, conversions) and optimize future live strategies based on data.
