Salon Cadence is a global network of mentors helping salon, spa and medspa owners build profitable, scalable businesses through Profit First, team systems, and AI assistants. Founded in 2019 by Ronit Enos, bestselling author of Profit First for Salons. We are a movement, not a family.

The opportunity

Ronit films twice a month, records a weekly podcast and goes live on YouTube. Your job is to turn that raw material into 10 posts a day across 9 channels, and to run the machine so well Ronit never has to think about it. This is not a task VA role. You will own the calendar, the quality and the numbers.

What you will own

• The weekly content machine. Deliver our 18 piece weekly framework from filming days, podcast episodes, YouTube lives and coaching call recordings in Google Drive.
• Short form video. Shorts up to 45 seconds and YouTube Shorts up to 2 minutes in OpusClip and Descript. White captions with gold highlight, hook in the first 2 seconds.
• Carousels and statics. Editorial template, real photos, light and clean, ending on Ronit's professional photo and a "Comment below or DM me" CTA.
• Publishing. Schedule and post daily across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn and more using Blotato and the GoHighLevel social planner.
• Comments and DMs. Every comment keyword (BOOTCAMP, PLAYBOOK) triggers the right DM and lead capture in GoHighLevel and Blotato; reply warmly to our community.
• Content calendar. Notion calendar current two weeks ahead, tied to launches, bootcamps and events.
• Reporting. Weekly report: posts shipped, reach, comments, DMs, leads, and ticket sales from content.

What success looks like

• Posts shipped: 10 a day across 9 channels, on time
• Weekly framework: 18 pieces delivered every week
• Calendar: Always 14 days ahead
• Ronit's review time: Under 30 minutes a week
• Lead flow: Comments and DMs growing month over month
• Brand score: 4 or higher on the 1 to 5 Method

You are a fit if you have:

• 3+ years managing social content for a US brand, coach, or creator (show us the accounts)
• Required: hands on social media management across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube and LinkedIn, plus real short form editing skill in CapCut, OpusClip, Descript or Premiere
• Required: you know and use GoHighLevel (social planner, workflows, comment to DM automations, tags) and Blotato (scheduling, posting, DMs) every day
• Strong design eye in Canva for carousels and statics
• Daily use of AI tools; Claude experience is a big plus
• Excellent written English and the ability to write hooks and captions in a US voice
• A reliable computer, fast internet, and backup power

Who you are

You run it like an owner. You see what is missing and fix it before anyone asks. You use AI to do 80% of the work and spend your talent on story, hooks and taste. You love clean, light, luxury content that teaches. You take fast, direct feedback and act on it the same day.

Hours and how we work

• At least 4 hours overlapping US Eastern time, 9am to 1pm ET
• Monday team meeting on Zoom; end of day report in Notion by 4pm ET
• Feedback by Loom and voice notes; act on it the same day
• Challenges by phone, not text

Pay

$800 to $1,100 USD a month based on experience, plus a monthly performance bonus tied to output and leads. Paid trial project before hire.
