Content Creator (Marketing)

Role Focus: This Content Creator role sits alongside our existing Marketing team and shares core marketing execution responsibilities across the group, with a particular focus on Podiem content, cross-brand design and website updates, and building automation into how the marketing function operates.

Role Purpose

The Content Creator will play a key role in the end-to-end execution of marketing activity across SalesPond Group's business units. This position requires a hands-on marketer who combines strong content, design and communication skills with genuine technical capability — someone comfortable working inside HubSpot to build workflows and segment audiences, and confident using modern AI and web tools (Claude AI, Vercel) to make the marketing function faster and more scalable. A core part of this role is identifying repetitive marketing tasks and building automated solutions to remove them, such as an automated case study creation tool.

Qualifications & ExperienceEssential

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Demonstrated experience in a marketing role, ideally within a B2B environment.
• Working knowledge of HubSpot, including building automated workflows, list/audience segmentation, and email campaign execution.
• Practical experience with SEO principles and Google Ads (AdWords) campaign management.
• Experience creating and updating website content and design, including working with modern web platforms such as Vercel.
• Comfortable using AI tools, particularly Claude AI, to support content creation, research and workflow automation.
• Strong written communication and design sensibility, with the ability to maintain brand consistency across multiple business units.
• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple marketing projects end-to-end with minimal supervision.

Desirable

• Prior experience building marketing automations or internal tools (e.g. content generators, workflow bots).
• Experience producing case studies, customer stories or similar proof-point content.
• Experience marketing across multiple brands or business units simultaneously.

Technical Competencies Required

• Claude AI : Confident using Claude AI (or equivalent AI tools) to support content creation, research, and building automated marketing workflows.
• Vercel : Comfortable making and deploying design/content updates to websites hosted on Vercel.
• HubSpot : Strong, hands-on HubSpot proficiency — workflow automation, audience segmentation, email campaigns and CRM data management.

Working Conditions

• Based onsite in the Sydney CBD office.
• Standard full-time hours (9am - 5pm)
• Consistent with the Fair Work Act 2009 (Cth) right to disconnect, the employee is not required to monitor or respond to work contact outside ordinary working hours except where that contact is reasonable in the circumstances.

Pay: $80,000.00 per year
