Content Creator (Part-time)

About the role

VITA Padel is seeking a creative, proactive, and energetic Part-Time Content Creator based in Bangkok to produce engaging short-form video and photo content for our growing padel club. In this role, you will capture the vibrant on-court action, tournaments, community events, and daily club lifestyle, turning raw footage into high-performing Reels and TikToks.

Key responsibilities

• Visit the club 1–2 times per week (including occasional weekend tournaments or evening peak matches) to film high-quality video clips, match highlights, community interactions, and lifestyle shots.
• Edit dynamic, fast-paced short-form videos (Instagram Reels, TikTok) utilizing trending audio, smooth transitions, bold captions, and on-brand aesthetics.
• Deliver 3 to 4 polished short-form videos per week along with real-time story assets during key events.
• Monitor trending sports, lifestyle, and padel content formats across Instagram and TikTok, proposing creative concepts tailored to the local and expat community.
• Manage and archive raw b-roll, high-res photos, and project assets in shared drives.

About you

• Proven portfolio or active social channels showcasing short-form video editing (Reels, TikTok) and visual storytelling.
• Proficiency with mobile video shooting (modern iPhone/gimbal) and mobile or desktop editing tools (CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve).
• Eye for visual aesthetics, pacing, sound selection, and brand consistency.
• Ability to travel to VITA Padel club in Bangkok for scheduled shoot days and events.
• Enthusiasm for sports and community culture (interest or experience in padel/racket sports is a plus).
• Good communication skills in English or Thai.
