Content Creator – Photo & Videographer

This role is responsible for planning, developing, and executing brand content and creative initiatives, covering the full process from ideation and content production (photo and video) to publishing and performance analysis, with the goal of effectively driving brand awareness and engagement, and supporting and increasing sales.

Research, Creative Direction & Brand Alignment

• Develop brand-specific visual and content guidelines to ensure consistent brand communication and strong brand story telling on social media.
• Conduct creative, market, and competitor research to stay aligned with trends.
• Develop original creative concepts aligned with each brand’s identity and positioning, target markets, and sales & marketing needs.
• Lead creative direction and long-term content planning for each brand.
• Own the visual look and content of the brand’s social media platforms, and provide content to keep brand websites updated and improved.
• Work closely with Marketing and Sales teams to ensure creative output supports business objectives.
• Ensure all creative executions comply with Thai alcohol marketing laws and regulations.

Content Creation –for social media, website, presentations, posters.

• Develop storyboards and mood boards to present creative concepts before production.
• Execute high-quality photo and video shoots — in studio, on location, and with AI tools.
• Edit photos and videos to ensure all content aligns with brand standards.
• Capture photo and video content from brand events, activations, and promotional activities as assigned.
• Create content featuring bar partners, influencers and tastemakers, and curate quality user-generated content.

Content Delivery & Performance

• Manage social media posting — layouts, captions, content calendars and schedules (copywriting on hold for now).
• Review page performance weekly and report insights and next actions in team meetings.
• Grow reach, engagement and saves/shares against agreed targets.

Administration & Production Coordination

• Research, evaluate, and negotiate shooting locations.
• Source or create props, materials, and visual elements for photo and video shoots.
• Source and negotiate with models and other vendors.
• Plan, monitor, and manage shoot budgets effectively.
• Manage post-shoot backups, file organization, and editing workflows.
• Maintain creative and digital assets in a shared system (both media packs and BLG shared file) in an organized and accessible manner.

Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in Communication arts, Communication design or related

• At least 3 years of experience in content creation (video and photos).

• Preferably video editing, photography and videography skills.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills. (English is a must)

• Copywriting skills.

• Storyboard building skills. (Creating moodboards, stories, and concepts before shooting and organizing the shoots.

• Ability to apply AI tools in creative workflows, such as idea generation, visual concept development, and post-production enhancement

• Basic knowledge of social media management tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Instagram Insights).

• Willing to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends during events and activations (if required).
