Content Creator - Platform IG, X

About the role

YOUNG AGE is looking for a Content Creator who understands Instagram and X (Twitter) deeply. You will create content that captures attention, drives engagement, and builds a distinctive brand character for YOUNG AGE in conversations with Gen Z and younger audiences. This role combines creative storytelling, platform-specific content strategy, and consumer insight to develop Beauty, Skincare, and Lifestyle content that resonates authentically.

Key responsibilities

• Develop concepts and create content for Instagram and X tailored to each platform's user behaviour and culture
• Plan and produce IG Reels, Carousels, Stories, and Feed content with consistent mood, tone, and visual direction aligned to brand identity
• Craft hooks, captions, and storytelling that stop viewers and encourage sharing
• Shoot photography and video, and edit short-form content
• Create X content that understands platform language and culture, encouraging conversation and participation in relevant trends and social discussions
• Monitor and analyse content performance including reach, engagement, saves, shares, and follower growth
• Track Beauty, Fashion, Lifestyle, and Internet Culture trends and translate consumer insights into differentiated content ideas
• Plan content calendars and manage publishing to ensure timely delivery
• Analyse content results and iterate for improved performance
• Collaborate with Brand Marketing, Graphic, Video, and KOL teams from concept through publication and measurement

About you

• 1–3 years of experience as a Content Creator, Social Media professional, or in Creative Content
• Deep understanding of Instagram and X, including content formats, user behaviour, and social culture
• Creative thinking with ability to generate new ideas and avoid formulaic approaches
• Visual sense and understanding of mood and tone for Beauty, Skincare, and Lifestyle brands
• Strong copywriting and storytelling skills that feel natural and platform-appropriate
• Ability to shoot photography, video, and edit short-form clips
• Understanding of consumer insight and ability to develop content informed by data
• Fast execution, adaptability, ownership mentality, and accountability from concept to completion
• Portfolio demonstrating Instagram, X, or Social Content work you have created
